What payment options are available?
Monthly direct debit over the length of your contract (36 months for 3-year plans, 60 months for 5-year plans). Simple, predictable billing with no surprises.
Our warranty covers all hardware repair and replacement, except breakages, liquid damage, theft, flood, and fire — those should be covered by your centre’s insurance policy. You also get full support for operating system issues and limited support for application-specific problems.
Your computers are replaced with better-specified machines at the end of your term. You’ll never be left on aging, unsupported hardware — the upgrade cycle keeps you current automatically.
Yes. You can cancel at any time by making an upfront payment of 50% of your remaining monthly instalments. No other penalties apply.
All hardware is owned by Mace IT. Any data saved on the devices is your responsibility — we recommend using Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint (included with Microsoft 365) for cloud backup. We provide ample notice before any repair or replacement so data can be moved safely, and we’re covered by our full privacy and confidentiality policy.
A one-time onsite installation visit is included with every plan (Auckland region). For centres with 5 or more leased machines, free onsite support is also included during the contract. A $100 callout fee applies if an engineer visits and no fault or problem is found.
