Creating Forms
Let’s say we needed to collect information from everybody you worked with. Maybe you’re putting together a birthday party list and you need to get everyone’s name and their birth date and their favorite cake flavor.
How would you go about doing it? Grab a piece of paper, walk around and ask those questions. And if you had three people to ask and they were all sitting near you, that would be an easy way to do it. But if you had people that were working from home, if you had hundreds of people to collect information from across multiple offices, you could call them up. But that’s going to be very time consuming.
Let’s explore better way to do it with Microsoft Forms.
With Microsoft Forms, you can create surveys, quizzes, and polls, invite others to respond to it using almost any web browser or mobile device, see real-time results as they’re submitted, use built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and export results to Excel for additional analysis or grading.
Sharing forms and Reponses
Open the form for which you want to review the results, and then select the Responses tab. Scroll down to review a summary of the responses for each question asked. Select View results to see detailed responses from each respondent. Select Open in Excel to view an editable spreadsheet of responses to your form.
